Understand LCP, INP and CLS together
A page passes the Core Web Vitals assessment when all three metrics are in the good range at the 75th percentile of real visits. This manual assessment helps interpret values copied from PageSpeed Insights, Chrome UX Report, Search Console or another trustworthy measurement source.
Current good thresholds
LCP should be at most 2.5 seconds, INP at most 200 milliseconds, and CLS at most 0.1. Between good and poor thresholds means improvement is needed.
Fix the weakest experience first
Improve LCP through faster delivery and priority resources, INP by reducing long main-thread work, and CLS by reserving stable space for images, ads and dynamic elements.
